Michael Albrecht has been working in the software industry for over 30 years. From an early start delivering and leading Technical Support for EDA software followed by co-managing the first worldwide software industry implementation to SAP, Michael built a strong foundation of software and implementation expertise.
In the early 2000’s, Michael pivoted to professional services where he led multiple ERP implementations and a software strategy practices for a major consulting firm. Over the last 15 years, Michael has enabled multiple start-ups to successful acquisition by designing and building high performance Implementation and Customer Services teams to achieve industry-leading customer retention.
In these roles, Michael has interviewed 1,000s and hired/developed over 400 consultants and software experts resulting in series of efficiently, high-performance teams. Over his career, Michael have developed a full portfolio of field-test best practices, methodologies and templates that can can jump start an early-stage SaaS provider’s Services Organization.
